Olena Rybka is a Ukrainian poet, editor, literary coach, cultural manager, and member of PEN Ukraine. Born on September 9, 1984, in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine, she graduated from H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University with a degree in Ukrainian Language and Literature.

From 2007 to 2010, she conducted doctoral research on the reception of Hryhoriy Skovoroda in the works of Ukrainian writers of the Sixties under the supervision of Professor Leonid Ushkalov.

From 2011 to 2017, she served as Deputy Director for Research at the National Literary and Memorial Museum of H. S. Skovoroda. In 2018–2019, she hosted Litrevyu, a literary radio programme on UA: Suspilne Radio Kharkiv.

Currently, Olena works at Vivat Publishing House, where she coordinates Ukrainian publishing projects and develops books by contemporary Ukrainian authors. Her work includes editorial development, manuscript evaluation, author support, and the promotion of reading culture. She facilitates book clubs, moderates literary discussions, conducts workshops and educational programmes, and works as a literary coach supporting writers in the development of manuscripts and creative projects.

She collaborates with cultural institutions, libraries, schools, and theatres on initiatives that promote reading, critical thinking, and dialogue through literature.
